How to have perfect skin
People are always wondering how they can have perfect skin. Of course that is not possible, but people can at least have smooth, shiny, blackhead-free skin. By following these steps every day, this goal is possible. Good luck and enjoy the results. These methods work only if you don't smoke or are currently drug-free.
Steps
1
Make sure your meals are healthy and rich in the vitamins and minerals your skin needs. Vitamins B, C, E, A and K help keep your skin looking young and growing.
Vitamin B is the basis for forming skin, nails and hair. You can find this vitamin in foods such as oats, eggs, rice and bananas.
Vitamin C protects the skin from sunburn and prevents skin cancer. Vitamin C is found in large amounts in citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, as well as in green chilies, cranberry or grape juice, cauliflower and leafy greens.
Vitamin E also protects the skin from sunburn and is contained in foods such as olives, spinach, nuts, seeds and vegetable oils.
Vitamin A plays a vital role in the repair of epidermal tissues and without it, skin can dry out and molt.
Vitamin K helps reduce dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. Vitamin K is found in green leafy vegetables, dairy products and meats such as pork and liver.
2
Many fruits and vegetables, nuts, rice, cocoa products and eggs are good for the skin.
3
Always wear sunscreen, sunglasses and a sun hat when you are in the sun. Simply eating lots of fruits and vegetables that have sunscreen vitamins is not safe. Even if you have a darker complexion, you still need to wear sunscreen. Choose a sunscreen with 30 or 40 times sun protection and spread it evenly on your skin. It is important to choose a sunscreen that is good for your skin and waterproof. Don't put on a thick layer of sunscreen or you'll be shiny all day. Just apply the right amount and follow the instructions. Wait patiently for results
Try to avoid going out when the sun is at its strongest, such as the period from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is bad for your skin when the sun is at its most toxic. It's best to add a little sunscreen to your lipstick at this time as well. Choose a hat with a wide brim or a fisherman's hat and put on a pair of sunglasses.
4
Find out which skin type you belong to: oily skin, dry skin, sensitive skin or combination skin. Look online, consult a dermatologist or read an experienced book to learn more about your skin type. Each skin type requires slightly different care, and you will want to avoid products that contain chemicals. Make sure you know your skin type well.
But if your skin or neck is always flaky when you use a new cream or wear a scarf, then maybe you have sensitive skin.
If your skin always has a shiny layer, looks rough and dull, and breaks out, you most likely have oily skin.
If your nose, forehead and chin fit the previous description and the rest of your skin is fine, you should have combination skin.
If you always want to hydrate and your skin gets a little tight in the winter, you should have dry skin. Remember to hydrate regularly.
5
Buy the right cleansing soap (or face wash) and moisturizing lotion for your skin. Using lotion is not necessary. Make sure you avoid harsh chemicals and chemicals that are harmful to your own skin type.
6
Wash your skin 2 to 3 times a day, using a little cleanser or soap. Don't apply a thick layer of moisturizing lotion or use only a small amount, but use it in moderation to make your skin feel moisturized without being too greasy.
7
Water may not seem like much, but it's actually a great cleanser, especially for young, oily skin types. Hot water is good for oily skin and warm water is good for other skin types. Apply moisturizing lotion after washing your face. Wash your face in the morning and evening, or in the afternoon and after school if you prefer. Make sure you wash your hands before you wash your face, otherwise you will get bacteria and dirt on your face. Look for good cleansers and moisturizing lotions and make sure they are organic; cleansers with chemicals and nice scents won't work. Pick carefully based on your skin type. Galeniaf (an American acne skin care product) is said to remove paint from walls.
If you are under 12 years old, it is best to not use face wash and soap, just wash your face with water.
8
"Treat" your skin. Every week you can "treat" your skin, such as a mask or a steam. But you have to make sure that the way you "treat" your skin is appropriate for your skin type, otherwise it will be counterproductive. Don't push too hard to remove dead skin pimples, use a little tea tree oil, it really works. Lightly apply a small amount of tea tree oil to the dead skin area, or apply tea tree oil and then sweat. Instead of using tea tree oil for oily or sensitive skin, just apply some yogurt on your face. This is also effective for acne. Yogurt cleanses the skin and is gentle enough to be used on dry skin types as well. Slightly more stimulating ways include using A-alcohol serum, which is a derivative of vitamin A, and fruit acid peels. Be careful, however, as these products should cause your skin to shed a surface layer, so regular use can damage your skin. Wash and moisturize your face after sweating, exfoliating and applying masks. Follow the instructions.
9
Exfoliate dead skin once every two weeks. Exfoliating dead skin is good for your skin. Dead skin can harbor oil and bacteria that eventually lead to acne. Use a scrub or peel-off mask to remove dead skin. But don't do it too often or too hard, as it can be counterproductive.
10
Stick to organic foods. Remember to drink plenty of water. Water carries away dirt and substances that are harmful to the skin.
Tips
Remember to remove your makeup. Makeup can clog your pores while you sleep, causing problems like pustules and blackheads. No matter how tired you feel, be sure to remove your makeup and the last of your foundation. Also, think about switching from heavy foundation to mineral
makeup.
Don't apply a lot of skin lotion, as this will add stress to your skin. A pea-sized amount is best. Too many chemicals will only acne and greasiness levels. A simpler daily skin care routine would be nice. Wash your face with hot water, drain your face, and apply some simple cream, which can also produce wonders.
Drink eight glasses of water a day.
Exercise. Exercise not only keeps you in shape, but it also keeps your skin youthful and rejuvenated by regulating oxygen levels. Avoid wearing makeup while exercising. Otherwise sweat and dirt will clog your pores and trigger acne.
If the acne is severe go to the doctor first. They will prescribe a strong medicated cream or treatment and give you advice.
Don't touch your face when your hands are dirty.
If a cream or moisturizing lotion causes a rash, stop using it and switch to another product. Don't wear makeup for a few days after the rash so the skin on your face can rest.
Apply acne treatment products to large pustules and let them dry out on their own. Don't put moisturizing lotion on areas of frequent pimples.
Drinking 3 to 4 cups of green tea a day will help your skin clear and smooth.
Remember to moisturize both inside and out. Drink enough water during the day to moisturize your skin from the inside of your body and apply moisturizing lotion to moisturize your skin from the outside.
Experiment with products before using them. To test a new product, simply apply a small amount to your wrists or arms and wait 24 hours. If there are no breakouts, rashes or any allergic reactions, this product should be safe.
If you wear makeup frequently, consider reducing the amount of makeup you wear. Even if you wear makeup, it is still possible to get perfect skin, but this is more difficult. Applying a lot of foundation, concealer, eyeliner and all kinds of makeup every day is harmful to your skin. Just let everything go with the flow. If you must have concealer then use a little, using a clean cotton swab to dip it in. Add lip gloss, a little blush and some mascara and you're good to go. Save the foundation and eyeliner for the party. Also, make sure you have a few days a week to go completely vegan so your skin can breathe and stick to a strict cleansing routine.
Tinted face creams are a great way to find a balance between moisturizing and foundation.
Minimize stress. Stress can cause many problems, including acne. Try to stay relaxed and reduce stress.
Don't touch your face. Squeezing pimples and acne scars is always itchy, but there is a lot of bacteria on your fingers that can easily transfer to your face and make a small pimple bigger or re-infect a pimple that is almost healed.
If your skin is really dry, leave some moisturizing lotion on your face for a few minutes, don't massage it in, and let it absorb on its own.
If your skin is prone to acne, avoid products that contain carrageenan, an ingredient that can increase skin oiliness and cystic acne. This is an ingredient derived from red algae and can be found inside many products, including most ice creams.
Instead of putting on a lot of foundation at once, you can mix your foundation with a moisturizing lotion.
If you really need to wear makeup, makeup is not a problem. As long as you don't wear makeup for too long and remove it at night, it won't hurt your skin.
Start by drinking water, washing your hands, washing your face often, choosing a good moisturizing lotion to keep your skin radiant, eating lots of fruit, and avoiding too much moisturizing lotion.
Keep your hair clean, especially if you have bangs. Consider leaving your hair completely off the skin of your face. If you have oily hair, make sure you keep your hair away from your face, wash your hair often, don't use conditioner on your bangs, and only use conditioner on the ends and middle of your hair in the back.
Be relaxed. Stress can cause acne and pimples. Take some time each day to relax and take a nap. If you have a stress problem, find a friend, doctor or family member you can trust to talk to.
If you have dry skin, use some olive oil, coconut oil or shea butter on your face (coconut oil is recommended). Heat the solid oil in the microwave to a liquid and apply it to your face after washing your face with a cleanser. You can buy these oils at your local produce market or grocery store.
If you have to squeeze a pimple out, first wash your hands and squeeze gently. Don't use your fingernails. Pimples are temporary, but squeezing them with your fingernails will leave scars, and scars can be permanent. If the pimple doesn't squeeze out, don't use any more force. This indicates that the infection is deeper in the skin and squeezing the pus out harder will damage the skin. Wait a few days before squeezing, or try putting some natural ingredients on it and let it dry up on its own.
Be in motion. While this may seem counterintuitive to human intuition, a healthy exercise regimen can help keep your skin clear. Just make sure you shower and wash your face after exercising.
Warning.
If your acne or pimples are severe, such as if you are very concerned about them yourself, you should consult a dermatologist. Some medications are available to heavily reduce or cure acne.
If you are dark-skinned and you live in a country where sun exposure is not strong, you may not need to use sunscreen. The melanin in your skin blocks a lot of UV rays, so if you use sunscreen and thus block UV rays completely, you may be at risk of vitamin D deficiency.
